病倒去

很不幸的這次紐約後
運氣很背
先是visa飛了
加上天氣多變化後
不小心感冒了
可惜因為出門在外
所以覺得不能夠倒下
不然我老公會沒人照顧
讓我發現我的韌性有多強
就算我敏到這程度

大家請別嚇到
我還是撐了一個多星期
認真工作和煮飯直到回家
結果回家好像太放鬆了
現在開始只要吃東西就反胃的內燒
還好魯茲快復原了不用擔心
不過還是要趕工作
希望我倒下去後兩天能快點復原

An american Wedding

The firs time in my life
I have attend to an american wedding
is so nice to feel being a part of something important in someones life
and the wedding preparation is still a lot of work
but comperaring to taiwan
I think it is easier in
and nicer, more quiet and fun too
simple wedding start around 3pm
feel so cozy about this part
then some appertice before the meal start
now the big moment the first dance

I have been so surprised
after fudada&勤姊 arrive
the temperate went high even over 93
which haven't happen in weeks
the sky where never so blue the water is running crazy
I can only fudada&勤姊 has bring the sunshine to Rochester
glad they love our winery

Finally ,after3years in Rochester
I got a chance to ride a horse
It still feel the same but I need to remember the feeling of seating on the horse running
Harder than I thought might more meat on my butty

World cup

During the world cuo
we got inspire or encorage to go out the do some sport
so someone did bought a soccer ball and start playing~~
for around a month or at least three weeks(till world cup ends)

After three weeks of practice
every looks so professional

iphone4 練習拍照

沒想到沒想到
我的腿也有拍起來如此長的一天阿~~~
用了iphone的 old camera來試拍
結果效果實在是~~~~~
有夠騙人

看來我新 iphone4還是可以代替我的相機
那相機的錢就省了

八寶鴨做法

八寶鴨是我一直很想做的一道菜
只次這道菜提到
需要拆鴨解骨之後
我就整個懶散
畢竟工具不是這麼好，而且又費時
想說哪天有空有閒再來試試看
終於這次有鴨又有閒
決定試一下

八寶鴨

材料:
鴨 - 1隻
糯米飯 - 1抔半(要泡水)
火腿 - 切丁
冬菇 - 一把浸水過後去蒂並切丁
蓮子- 半杯(先泡水)
蔥結 - 兩根
薑片 - 數片

調味料
鴨身：黃酒1大匙、醬油半杯，水半杯
八寶飯調味用：黃酒2大匙、XO醬一大匙、麻油1大匙
做法
1.先解骨

這就是我所謂的拆鴨解骨
在不把皮劃破的前提下
把骨頭整個取出來
只可惜我還是有不小心劃破個一點肚子的部分
後來偷偷給他縫合了一下

2.燒水，將鴨穿燙外表
3.把鴨全身內外搽上黃酒、醬油和五香粉。
4.將糯米飯、火腿、蓮子、冬菇用麻由炒香再加入調味料，繼續炒一下。
5.把以上配料填入鴨身，再將脖子處用牙籤縫好，放入鍋中，將鴨身塗抹的剩下的醬油水倒入
6.放入電鍋蒸3小時兩次，至肉爛透，就可以享用了

手做餡餅

至從我買了KA600後
再加上我們的房租是包水電的
因此我們家的麵食開始多了起來
加上不少材料都去farm Market 買
整體算下來
其實挺省錢又划算
而且可以撐很久
像是餡餅ㄧ做就幾十個
可以吃ㄧ星期
如果找人包ㄧ起分材料的話
更讚
只是目前還沒實現
不過最後忙工作都沒認真的在看菜錢
這星期忙完要好好規劃ㄧ下
順便多做點吃的保存起來
不然我下星期又要餓肚子了

在我出國前
看了台灣很流行襪子娃娃
大家一窩風的做
而且不少人開始販賣
其實
我也不是說不喜歡
只是心裡想應該不難吧
等我有空改天做做看
這一改天
就等了個幾年才做成
而且還試驗了不少個才抓到訣竅
不過呢~~~
還好我國高中的家政客都沒偷工減料
很認真的自己學習
所以繼續到沒還給老師


但是挑不到好的眼睛和鼻子

可是忙著要做成明信片

iPhone 新歡

最近我迷上用iphone來話一些sketch
但是由於我手指粗
所以我想找隻好用的觸控筆
研究了老半天
感覺上電容式的處孔必會比較容易使用
所以我買了台灣製的 Dagi 電容是觸控筆
主要是因為光是價錢他是台灣賣的一半 11 美金還有cashback
不買來試試看對不起自己
效果不錯
但是因為前面的塑膠片我還不太習慣
所以我現在還不是上手
不過使用上還不錯很靈敏
重點是我有貼保護貼^^
之前唸到有些文章說他完全不會動讓我擔心了一下
但是效果出來比我想的好太多了


我的bone手機套
後面可以收耳機的設計真的是太好了
我常會亂丟東西
這個可以一次整合的設計讓我上gym方便多了
只是缺點是耳機現有時候會變形

最後這個最為重要
備用電池
我買了1900Ahm容量的
照我使用iphone的方式常常會沒電
上次糗到在gym沒電
害我要走回工作市找學弟妹打電話請我老公來接我
基本上這個可以原全沒電給我充到100%
還夠在充約百分之45左右
長途旅行或是像我出去玩或是用iphone攝影一些東西的話這很有用
而且ebay上買了才8美金
上次回台灣問了跟我說要1200傻眼
還是回美國買好了

iPhone brush app and sketch book 試用心得

For some how I really like the touch screem feeling on iphone
and really love to draw on it
This is something I try with the app call "Brushes"
the way how it came out is nice as water color
comparing to photoshop it is more easy to draw with it
I am still working on the next one

大冰柱

我們穿戶外面的大冰柱
最近天氣丟要-17~-7打轉
外面的冰柱以不像以前那個長了
但是我還是在思考是不是可以摘一根下來玩
不要笑看這冰柱
整個結實到一種地步
要敲一個下來還要花不少力氣
所以我現在還只是在觀望那天要來做這件事情
今年的去年比起來
冰柱已經小很多了
之前的大概有我一個手臂那著粗吧 ~~~
這應該不會突然掉下來(觀望貌)

Jimmy buff italian hotdog
This is a fastfood that we saw on food channel
which I remember it is like the 26th best fast food in USA
it has sausage or hotdog on the bottom and then fied onion& peper
at last on the top are the fried potatos
when I saw this for the first time
I thought it is going to be so oily but the kind of bread that use
it change everything


It keep the taste and took away the oily feel of everything
it taste great
I will like to taste this again if I got a chance
